can someone direct me to what I need to make this swap? I want to swap gears and not the pumpkin as I dont want to lose the torsen. Currently have a vmp gen 2r and the 3.73 are worthless on this set up with close to 800rwhp.

Depends on your goals but 3.31 is probably what the majority of boosted owners will tell you. With 3.31 I barely get it in 3rd gear city driving. But the pull in 3rd is crazy ! Honestly couldn’t imagine top speed with 3.15. Probably end up dead or in jail.

The 3.15 Gearset is not compatible with the Torsen Diff.
The Torsen Diff will work with 3.31, 3.55, 3.73, 4.09 etc., but not with the 3.15
The 3.15 Gearset needs a special Diff that has a different offset (Where the ring gear bolts to)

Would this gear set works for my car since it has the differential? It makes a distinction between automatic and manual

3.31 is what you want. 3.15 is not compatible with the torsen.

800 rwhp with the MT82 and 3.73's are useless for most people. 3.31's seem to be the best gear with hp like this along with this transmission.

All the shelby super snakes and shelbys gt500 upgrade to 3.73 gears why down grade?
Prior and current GT500s all have generally taller transmission gearing too, which offsets the aggressiveness of the rear axle.
