Some ideas

I'm a member at another car forum and every year at the annual meeting they build for the members:
-a license frame plate (only for the rear plate) with a text logo of the forum
-a calendar with the best photos of member's cars for each month
-transparent (distinctive) decals with a logo of the forum (usually for the side triangle glasses)

I've also the same opinion.... we should not exaggerate xD keep it simple... since we are really a lot of ppl... ;) one thing should be enough, I think... the t shirt is something you look in some years and remember good times eheh :cheers:

- Number of nights : 1 (Sat/Sun) or 2 (Fr/Sun)
- Cell phone number
- Do you want to participate to the Whatsapp Lux II user group
- Special "need to know" info (food, room, accessibility, pregnant, birthday,...)

The exact room and breakfast prices will be confirmed once I've got a reliable total of participants and get the right 'volume' price. The reservation as is right now is meant to secure rooms. One month upfront we'll ask for a second and irrevocable final confirmation with minor advance on the room.

Rooms are estimated around € 100,-pp. (info for last year participants, we will be located in the new building with bigger more luxury rooms than last time. I had no complain about these rooms anyway, they were already great but are taken for the marriage on saturday)
