After my experience with this guy, I wanted to come here and update the thread. Please keep the thread updated on your experience. I thought of ordering a kit myself, but their FAQ states the following:
And with their f*u attitude I'm hesitant to order from them.
They ended up arriving toward the end of May in a really beat up box, shipped from California, not Idaho or wherever this guy says he's based out of.
Kit came with wrong sized clamps and wrong sized reducers, so had to go purchase them separately. The kit was also missing the flange which is an integral part of the install. Also had cheapy gaskets I didn't end up using, so I bought ford OEM gaskets. The customer support was nonexistent and I still haven't heard back to this day. Had to purchase a custom flange, gaskets, and reducers separately and have my muffler shop fab everything up together. It's obvious it's some dropshipper that runs a facade about being a fab shop online, but doesn't have the decency to provide fair support to paying customers.
So I'd recommend either buying a nice set of headers, the MAK test pipes--although they come with cats--or you could even purchase this same chinese dropshipped metal straight from this guy's supplier! I ended up finding the exact factory where he gets all his stuff made from off of Made-in-china(dot)com. You can find the supplier's name as:
Ningbo Haishu Pino Metal Products Co., Ltd
If you send them a message directly, just inquire about Mustang 5.0 test pipes, and add the same photo the guy uses on his website, and the lady will get back to you and offer to sell you a kit. I believe she had quoted me $95 for the kit plus $100 for shipping, so still cheaper than buying from this guy directly. Just keep in mind you'll need different size reducers. I unfortunately found this after I placed my order, but if this post gets at least one person to consider anything but purchasing from this guy directly, I think it was worth my time.
