275/35/20 tire recommendation

Greetings. Just bought a used 2020 iconic silver Premium GT Convertible with the factory 18"/235 setup. I planned to look around for a cheap set of OEM 19s or 20s on FB marketplace or CL. Low and behold, last night a set of 20" Foundry rims fell in my lap. I know the factory ran 265s with these wheels but Im thinking of bumping em up to 275s. I figured I'd ping the tire gurus out there to a recommendation. This is a daily driver and weekend toy. It will likely never see a racetrack (Im 59 years old with a neck injury) but I can see carving up the mountain roads in South Carolina. All weather, year round capability, and ride are more important than max performance.

I currently live in MD but we just bought our retirement home in SC. We spend plenty of time down there and love the mountains!

Rims are 20x9. Factory tire size for these is 265/35/20. Not as many tires in that weird size. Seems quite a few forum folks have bumped up to 275s, so that's my plan.
