I run 275/40r19s on 19x9.5s and they fit nicely. If I had 20x9.5 wheels, I'd go with 275/35r20 tires.

Thanks for the help. Im not too worried about the width as much as sidewall height. I don’t want the tire to look too thin.

Oh, well that's more of a personal preference thing. Typically you're going to have smaller sidewalls with 20s unless it's a pretty tall tire.

275/35/20 will look really good. To me, once you drop down to a 30 series aspect ratio tire on a 20" rim, then the sidewall starts looking thin. I'm running 275/35/20's on my 20x10 rims on the front of my car currently.

Great, thanks for the reply! It was between 275/35 or 280/30 and I feel like the 280/30 would have a smaller sidewall that 275/35.

The 285/30 is also 1" shorter as well and does have a shorter sidewall.

My Roush wheels are 275/35/20 on 9.5 inch wheel and dropped 1 inch in the rear and 1.5 inch in the front and they fit perfectly.
