I get a much different result and not accurate imo

The time in status starts counting from the moment you enter your vin and order number. Interesting that the longest wait is different. When i checked it was 36 days and 48 vehicles like the other person posted. My guess is maybe it somehow tracks the secondary status and you aren't "Produced" like the 48 people are.

dealer told me there is NO ONE they can ask about why a car is delayed in transit to them. despite Ford saying they can ask their Ford Zone Rep.

in a day when we can track and pin point the exact location of tiny lost ear buds, this process is a joke. how can no one know where a car is and why it is there. whatever.

UPS and FedEx created an information system at great $$$$ to offer this. The USPS did it half-assed. You want to see dark ages, look at commercial truck and rail freight. SOme places still use paper and pencil. If you're lucky they got a 2/3/4G+GPS tracker on the truck cab that phones home every 5-10 minutes. But that doesn't tell you where the TRAILER is unfortunately.

This is very similar to what happened with mine. It flipped to built about a week after FP told me produced. My ETA range changed once and the car showed up at the dealership with my status ever changing to shipped. So he’s right, it may very well be on the way and just hasn’t been updated, especially if it’s going by truck.

But your status did change to "Built", I highly doubt any of us "In Production" "Produced" people are meeting their delivery date. My delivery window closes friday....

the USPS Informed Delivery product is light years more advanced than this crap. it is classic though; each can blame the other or better yet some unknown entity that no one can contact.

That’s correct, it took a while but it did change. My first delivery window was missed but I got the call on the first day of my second delivery window. You and I were pretty much on the same build schedule so I’m surprised that you haven’t moved off Produced yet. Looking back at what happened with mine, a day or two before my dealer called me the tracking site stopped working for my VIN (was getter VIN error messages). Delivery truck was waiting at the dealership when my sales guy got there the day he called me. So if you start getting that VIN error message that’s a clue that it may be at the dealership. Hopefully you get some kind of update soon!
