Ford is changing the instrument panel finishes up. I’m sure it will be a subtle change.

For Example, I believe Ecoboost Premium 201A used to have a “Linked Graphite” Aluminum Instrument Panel. After 6/27 it comes with "Angled Brush” Aluminum Instrument Panel.

On Another note, it looks like Ford is going to perform scheduling next week for Mustang! Perhaps some lucky folks will get a build week email next Thursday or Friday .

Adding to the conversation about DORA and agreed pricing…

For my order I used Z plan, the $1000 custom order credit, a $500 credit for being a 100% disabled veteran (this may be something my dealership did, not sure if this is a Ford thing).

I would imagine in this fiery market they’re not too thrilled about missing out on the markup… but I made sure it was clear and they reassured me that the price on my sheet will be the price of the car when I take delivery. At least in my experience, you should be locked in on the price the moment you put your $500 down to place the order.

Basically what my dealer told me as well. $1000 credit, and price locked in from day order got placed. Which is roughly $2k higher now. Pretty wild

That would be great if it were. Although my dealer is in a town of only about 120k so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s lower on the priority list.

Originally week of May 2nd, postponed twice and ended up on week of May 23rd (this week). My blend date on window sticker was today, and according to the sticker I was #2 of 399 today. I ordered December 30th

What does the build weeks mean exactly? If this schedule is for 5/30/22 then why does it show 7/18 & 7/25? Newbie here.

I believe that what it means, or the way in interpret it, is that on the week of 5/30 they are going to schedule Mustangs to be built on the weeks of 7/18 and 7/25. I could be wrong, but that's how I read it. So if you haven't received a build date, like myself, you will be hoping that next week you get the e-mail saying your car is scheduled to be built for the end of July.

I got my email from ford on 4/23 saying my order will be 5/30. From reading other post/threads it doesn’t take too long to complete once you’re on your scheduled week. I thought maybe this meant delivery week or something. Hoping for my sake you’re wrong 🥲
