They should, if you've been receiving emails in the first place.

Ok that’s what I thought. Made me wonder because it seems like a lot of people are chatting with Ford Performance support to get their status.

Ford Performance chat can give a specific date instead of just the week, so that may be why. At least for me. When ford sent me a build week of “week of may 2nd” I chatted ford performance and they gave me a Date of may 5th, then a week later a date of may 6th.

Then I started getting the “build week changed” emails and the rest is history

Just got word my build date was pushed to 2 day.

Mar 24, 2022: 5/2 date build date
Apr 10, 2022: Pushed to 5/16
May 4, 2022: 5/18 new date

GT Premium in Grabber Blue, 6-speed, 401A, Performance Package, MagneRide, Active Exhaust, B&O, Safety, Grabber Blue Stitch.

Talked to Ford, and they're pretty sure this is the final push, given how small it was. Given my build pretty much has... everything, looks like anyone scheduled around the same time as me, should also have the parts they need and not see delay (hopefully!)

......and just got another email...now the week of the 23rd. Dealer told me today that the 16th was "the day"...

I think I'm just gonna let this ride and forget checking etc until something solid happens....

I’m beginning to get annoyed. My most recent build date was 5/4. On 4/25 my status was prematurely changed to “in production” After the shutdown, my status and build date have remained the same. Either my Mustang is finally being built this week, or I’m sadly going to be another victim of a “lost” order with no status updates for months

I am in the same boat. 5/2 build date. Has had the in production since 4/26. Kind of in limbo here.

Where oh where can you be? Feeling like Orlando, Florida is as difficult to reach as Addis Ababa, Ethiopia right now. Ford’s first shipping estimate email to me was April 15-21.
