In november,I bought Vossen wheels at the black Friday
20x10 ET30 and 20x11 ET48
I canceled the wheels and Vossen refunding me.
Now I plan to buying Avant-Garde wheels but I dont know if is it better to keep the same offset or I go with ET35 and ET50

Depends on how much negative camber you plan to run on the front and rear of the car. 20x10" ET30 and 20x11" ET48 are both on the aggressive side, especially up front. For example, our 19x11" ET52 wheels fit perfectly flush when paired with an average 305 tire on the back of the S550. Your current ET48 wheels will end up being close to 1/4" outside, unless you dial in more negative camber out back, but that does hurt straight line traction (small amount, but still will).

Up front, ET35 would be quite flush without risking some poke. Overall, I think your new proposed specs are going to be a much better fitment for the car and won't require near as much negative camber to look right.

Cory knows his stuff.

I’ll only add that if you run more than stock fromt camber, ET30 looks pretty good. I actually street on an effective ET27, but Im running -2.7 degrees of front camber.

I'd go with et 35 and et 50. I have 20x10 et 38 sqaure with 275/35-20's and all 4 corners are pretty flush. With an et of 35 and a 285/35-20 tire you might have a touch of poke. Here's some shots of mine to give you an idea.
