GuardGT and Gdyup50: Love that you guys both went with the Misano's. I've been looking at those since I got my DIB 5.0. Only wheels that I have actually liked, and never been able to see them on the car. Are those the anthracite or satin black?

GuardGT: Do you forsee having any issues with wheel rub in the wheel well when turning when you go to the 275s?

I'm new to wheel fitment and mine is a DD as well. Starting to do my research in hopes of buying this summer. Want to work out the kinks so I know what I am ordering when I have the funds!

Thanks in advance for the help!

Mine are the anthracite, and I will absolutely be doing 275s here soon. No rubbing at all, in fact there's plenty of room, more if I adjust the camber and go lower.

I LOVE the look of those wheels! The amount of concave is just awesome. Two questions:

1.) I wonder if 285/35's fit? (Say MPSS) or would that be cutting it too close.

2.) How much do those wheels weigh?

Thanks! I was dead set on making these fit because of the concave vs the et40. I'm gonna say that you can make anything for with enough camber.... But 275 might be the most at this ride height. And I have zero clue how much they weigh. I'll worry about wheel weight when I remove the power seats, a/c, irs, metal body panels, aka never because wheel weight is severely obsessed over and WAY overrated(on this forum) in my opinion.

I agree it can get nitpicky sometimes with wheel weight, but it really does make a significant difference when you are talking 8-10lbs per wheel difference. I know this first hand when I went from 35lbs wheels to 21lb wheels and back. The difference was VERY obvious. Not just acceleration but braking and all around feel. Even just turning the wheel it feels so much lighter and quicker. But if you are only talking 2-5lbs and don't track the car, it may not mean anything to many. But I think anything 5+ you really start to feel the difference.

That's what track wheels are for if you can swing it. I got the veranos but I'm sure the weight will be similar, I'll try to weigh them when they come in. Hopefully next week.
