Both the VIN and the Chassis Number are sequential, but there is no correlation between the two.

Your VIN was issued on Jan 28th and the car was produced on Sept 23rd and was originally ordered for stock with black vinyl stripes

Are they built sequentially by chassis number though?

was it ordered with black and then changed to blue? It has blue stripes.

The chassis number denotes the cars position on the assembly line. In your case, your car was the 3087th 2021 GT500 to be produced, the one before yours was number 3086 and the one after yours was 3088. Your VIN was the 808th 2021 GT500 VIN to be issued.

Originally it was Oxford White with black vinyl OTT stripes. The stripe color was changed after the VIN was issued.

According to the door jamb sticker, sometime in November 2021.

There was a GT500 near here with a VIN of 1FA6P8SJ9M5504667, with a blend date of Nov 22, 2021. So it came off the line recently.
I don’t know the chassis number.
VIN sequencing isn’t perfect. But if the plan was about 5,000 GT500’s, they are getting pretty close…

According to the door jamb sticker, sometime in November 2021.

On your window sticker is a “Blend Date” on the top line. That’s when all the parts and pieces came together. Should have rolled off the line within a day or so of that date.

There is no blend date information located at the top of my window sticker. However, at the bottom of the sticker (photo attached), is an alphnumeric sequence that contains 11 01 21 in it.

That is the date the sticker was printed at the factory. Normally a few days prior to the Blend Date. Here’s my Blend Date info for example:
