I'm trying to buy some mirrors and am wondering if 2021 mirrors will fit my car I have a 2020

I think they do fit overall but compatibility will depend on trim. Mustang mirrors could have different combinations of the following features;
- Heated
- Blind Spot Indicator
- Blind Spot Mirror
- Turn Signal Indicator
- Puddle Projector Lamps
- Memory

It says on ford that they only fit 21-22

Interesting....The way vehicles are made with electronics these days, they physically may look identical and fit identical, but possibly there's a control module that interfaces with a mirror's electromechanical components differently. But then, maybe a little more research may prove differently.

Hey there,
I had a similar problem on a Ford Escort many years ago. The rear view mirrors were power enabled, so it had wiring. One of the mirrors was damaged and I decided to replace it. I went to the dealer and they did two odd things. One, my car had a red exterior color but they gave me a matte black mirror. Two, it had no wiring for the power feature.

I didn't stay to find out why that happened and just installed it, having to manually adjust the mirror from that point onward.
