I must be the second car awaiting shipment!

1st post so the details:

Huntsville, AL
Twister Orange, CFTP, Black roof, no stripes, tech pack.

Wish they would just let me come get it .

Mine was released 3/25. It had a projected deliver date of 4/16, but I think Corona has screwed that up.

I forgot to add the order date: 7/11/19

Earl , my Vin number is 1339 , the last Post I seen before the plant shutdown it was produced , I understand it’s headed to Penske to get strips painted next , can you tell were it’s setting now ??

If your were lucky, it is sitting in the Mod Center, if not, it is probably sitting outside in a lot full of Mustangs at the plant waiting to go to the Mod Center and then Penske. It has not been released to Penske at this time.

Correction Mod Center

From what I have seen, the Mod Center is the correct name for what I have been calling the Mod Shop.
The Mod Center applies the graphics, vinyl stripes, on the Mustangs and it also installs the wing and carbon fiber wheels on CFTP cars. If needed, the car goes through the Mod Center before it can be released for shipment or sent to Penske. The Base and CFTP cars that have painted stripes are sent to Penske for the paint work and are then sent back to the plant for shipment.

No, I just put a deposit down and got the VIN. No ETA.

Have your VIN available L5501888, they will need it for your status update.

There is only 1 car left on the list that has been shipped and not delivered, all the rest are either scheduled, in production, produced or released for shipment. The ones that have been released for shipment probably won't be shipped until the plant gets back online.
