There were 125 new VINS released today. If your waiting for a VIN, now is the time to contact your dealer or FP and see if you are one of the lucky ones. If your dealer is closed, contact FP 800-367-3788 and they can tell you if you have a VIN, they will not be able to tell you the VIN. In that case contact me.

Hey Earl, I noticed you have my car on the first page showing released-awaiting shipment. Did not see when you posted it to this status. Last thing I saw was produced. The ford site still shows in production. Was that a mistake on page one?

Surprised Ford is still releasing VINs. Wonder if they planning on some way of accelerating production on 500s when they start up again.

2041 had a stripe mine did not. why do you think his was released and mine was not. Both were produced on the same day.

I don't know why, but Ford did have a small crew that was working in the Mod Shop trying to get as many cars as possible released before the door closed.

0552 / chassis 0901 has made it home to Florida. I picked it up in Alabama yesterday at Opelika Ford. I had never been there or had a clue about the dealership before yesterday. They could not have been more amazing. The car was spotless and sitting ready in the showroom. The dealer had installed all of the handling pack parts for me at no cost. The manager would not let the car be taken for the shake down ride or have fuel put in it Until I arrived. First thing I noticed when we opened the hood was the hose. It was laying across the back of the supercharger. I said something about it and without question the service department had their head guy and another one fixing it. The car is beautiful and rides like a dream. Drove her a little while before putting it on the trailer. Those that are waiting, hang in there. The car is absolutely amazing and worth the wait. Having bought my fair share of new vehicles I can say if you are near Georgia / Alabama, Opelika I would highly recommend them. I know I look like a big kid. I was out of my mind excited and didn’t know what to do with my hands Ricky Bobby.

Awesome to see another GT500 in Tampa! Picked up 0888 from PA last week and was in Tampa by Wednesday then in for PPF Thursday!

I was hoping the crew was still there and I have a shot at getting 0837 released sooner than March 30th or later. Hoping that I didn’t come so close but yet was still so far, far away......

@Snoopy49 Picked mine up today and just want to thank you and @kilobravo has also been full of great info! Thank you for everything you have done for this forum and the owners and future owners. I can tell you all that are still waiting, it is completely worth it and the car is amazing! I posted videos on the facebook 2020 GT500 owner's page. Please join and answer the questions to join! Would love to have more people in there if you aren't already! Thank you everyone who continues to help get the info out and hope you all get some good news soon and get through this weird time we are all in. VIN 1511
