Just google mustang rear seat delete and you will see several come up.

I found kits from Watson, Anderson composites, Alterum and Shrader easily enough.
Thanks

I like to disassemble things.
RSD is once again listed at FR, now with a new part number, M-6346612-GT. Some minor changes to the kit along with the inclusion of a new parcel shelf, something that was not included in previous kits. Price isn't far off from the old kit either, last offered a few years ago.

Pretty good deal. Just the RSD fiberboard is like $1500 msrp

Funny that it says, ā€œOff Road Use Only!ā€

Tob,

Excellent, informative, and well thought out install . Thanks for taking the time & photos.

Noting small variances discovered during the install, and what to avoid.

Killer, thorough, AKA soup too nuts .............

My neighbor is installing rear seats in his GT500 CFTP and the question came up about the rear parcel shelf, and whether it needs to be replaced when changing the RSD out? Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't have to be changed but you will have to cut the original for the rear seat latchā€™s. And you will only have car seat anchor holes on passenger side.

I added rear seats in my ā€˜21 CFTP and changed out the rear shelf and did not have to cut or hack up the original

If you donā€™t need/care about baby seats does that matter? Will it still have rear seat belts?

Your right dont matter. Except you will be cutting into the OEM piece.

I didnt want to cut mine up so i removed it incase i want to reinstall the rear seat delete later.

As far as seatbelts its totally separate than the top shelf. So seatbelts will work with whichever one I believe.

Here is the set I installed. Took about a Hour for whole removal and install. Mine was from a 2015 Mustang

Can someone help clarify the seatbelt hardware? Iā€™m in the process of installing the rear seat delete and the seat belts donā€™t seem to screw into the frame, they appear to have a nut and bolt for the top portion of the seatbelt bracket. Is that correct? Thanks.

Your installing seat belts? Best i remember 3 bolts held the seat belts in. To access the top on closet to the headliner trim you might need a knuckle. It made it much easier
