2020 GT350 heritage Wanted

Since production for the 2020 Heritage has finished.. IMO, the dealers will be holding their ground on the ADM’s. Most know what they have and know they will find someone that will pay the price. Just my opinion..

Yes, I am thankful that I was able to find what I wanted and to find a dealer that was willing to work with me! I’m not certain if I was looking today that I would find the same deal... I think, times up! They are going to wait it out and get what they can!

I took a look through the full build of 528 HEPS - these are the VINs that went to Canada - may help by searching to see if any are left. I know several are sold and suspect more/all may be. Actually more went to Canada than I thought.

You cannot import a brand new Ford vehicle into Canada from America and vice versa.

Both Dearborn and Oakville are very protective of their own market places for each country.

If is was a used vehicle then you could get it done but even then there is certain criteria that has to be met with some of that documentation having to be authorized through the Ford Motor Company.

If it's used you don't need anything from ford to import to canada. Ford has no rights to where the vehicle goes at this point. All you need is a RIV inspection (Registrar of Imported Vehicles).

All that is normally needed to be done is having a day time running light module installed. That's all that my infiniti FX35 required. It was a michigan vehicle originally and then imported to Ontario.

Covered in Snow is a crime! And I’m sure there is an ADM on it! How stupid.

I just checked on their website.. it has a 20k ADM.. and they let it sit out in the snow!

I see they also have 2 2020 CFTP GT500s. Hopefully those aren't out in the snow either.

Having imported my own vehicles in both directions I did not find it quite that simple.

Whether going South or North I required a Compliance Letter from either Ford of Canada of Ford USA whereby the Compliance Letter from Ford confirmed whereby no recalls were in place at time of shipping along with confirming that the vehicle in question complies with all Federal Safety and Emission Standards.

As you may or may not know Ford just recalled ~3 Million vehicles recently regarding driver air bag issues but may not effect the GT350/R's but nonetheless I suggest that RIV who is contracted by Transport Canada will be looking for a Compliance Letter from Ford.

Will update my findings tomorrow as have some good contacts in Canada who will confirm for me tomorrow as to whether a Compliance Letter from Ford is required for any vehicles heading North.

I suggest that vehicle was sold new in Windsor, Ontario and is not an R model but a regular GT350 therefore suggest that this dealership is out of their mind regarding an asking pricing for a used GT350 with almost ~2000 miles on it.

OP - Does it have to be new?

I know a tech at Yonge Steeles Ford, just north of Toronto, and got confirmation on a Non-R that is still in-stock.
I'm on Autotrader all the time for fun, and have noticed this listed for weeks now. Almost a few months.

They're asking a pretty penny, though.

Also, when you look at the interior pics, Parking Brake handle is too high. Needs to be adjusted, so who knows what was done with the car in the short life it's had so far, or if it's just a loose adjuster nut.

It looks like the GT350 got away without it, but the GT500 has something similar, the gov't calls it "Green Levy/Federal Tax" for 2020.

Can't help you with a 2020 HEP GT350 but as of yesterday I am aware of a 2020 GT500 CFTP car that is available at MSRP just in case you know of anyone looking for one.

Is that the CFTP sitting at Barrie Ford?
