Has anyone had any luck disabling the double honk when the key is outside the vehicle while it’s running on a 2020 (using Forscan). I’ve been able to do it in many vehicles prior, but haven’t found the correct value to disable it for my 2020.

Searched but haven’t located any 2020 model year spreadsheets.

the code changed if I recall reading, its something else, or maybe its Bambi mode. maybe both of those codes got changed. but definitely doable. I did read that some of the features got new code lines, nothing major. just got to figure them out.

The code for the double honk is in the BCM, and the BCM has changed in 2020.
The correct code for 2020 is this:

While you're at it, you can also disable the annoying chimes when you open a door while the engine is running. You'll still get a message on the instrument panel, but no noise:

Yep, anything BCM related is different in 2020, so you can't use any of those previous codes. But all other modules remain the same. The good news is some of the 2020 guys already figured out most of the typical changes, which are:

fog lights as cornering lights
high beams with fogs (bambi mod)
panic alarm with 2 presses on fob
power receptacle timeout changes (I put 0 sec)
double honk disable
