2019 Tech package verbiage question

Last year, when the 2019's 350/R's were announced the press release talked about an optional Technology package being available. I see the Technology package being an option on the order guide, a 2019 brochure and a 2019 coffee table book also. On the build and price site as of today, the technology package is mentioned but when you custom order and take a look at the order sheet the Tech pack has seemingly changed its name to Electronics pack (as was available on the 17-18 MY's)

I happened to see a 2019 window sticker and it's called Electronics pack on there also, and the puddle lamps weren't even mentioned as part of being the Electronics pack. Does anybody happen to know what specifically happened to cause the whole different name change?

TL;DR A technology package was advertised on the press release/order guide/price guide/literature and even the build and price configurator and is nowhere to be found on the order info sheet when you place a custom order and on the window sticker.

Online configurator is garbage. It still shows stripes on the roof if you order a black roof. Even entering 4th model year, that continues to be wrong. At the start of MY2018, the online configurator would not allow valid option combinations (such as black roof and OTT stripes) that the dealers could configure in their system.

So just chalk it up to incompetence at Ford not finding all of the places to update the “build your car” tool with the changes to the package. The literature is correct and the dealer can confirm what they are allowed to order in their system.
