So who actually has been scheduled with MagneRide as an option?
I have, but I'm an early Bullitt.
Of the 36 orders that have provided dates & milestones, 5 have some sort of delivery date. 4 of the 5 have Magneride. 2 x PP1, 1 x Bullitt, 1 x PP2. I haven't seen any other notes on scheduled delivery from anyone else.

How does anyone have a scheduled delivery date? I was told you wouldn't have one until after vehicle inspection, and even then it would be a rough estimate.

In my case, some of the good folks over on Blue Oval provided my original information including an EDD. Since then, using Ford Performance Chat, I've been checking weekly on status. I moved from an estimated week to a specific date. Performance Chat had no EDD info as of yesterday. I will update status when I have changes.

Same as above, thru Blue Oval Forum and Ford Chat (http://performance.ford.com/enthusiasts/quick-look/2017/08/vehicle-tracking-system.html) my build date is June 28th.

Don't bother with COTUS since no 2019's are being built yet.

Flat Rock is closed for production the weeks of July 2nd and July 9th so keep that in mind regarding build scheduling.
Do you think COTUS will start working next week once 2019 production starts? I don't remember when the switchover was last year for the 2018s.

According to Ford Performance, my build is scheduled to begin week of Aug. 8th. Hopefully I will be getting my car by or near my anniversary (9/5) or my birthday (9/9).

My build includes MagneRide.

I had the same order date for my car from Koons Baltimore. Glad I cancelled, 4 months seems a bit excessive.

What dealer did you end up buying from? I almost bought a red 2018 PP2 from Koons Baltimore, but I'm not too fond of speeding tickets.

COTUS is basically a beta system so it's hit or miss. Works for some, not for others.

Was that the one with the red interior on non-Recaro seats? I test drove that one and the Orange Fury with the Recaros. I really wanted it, but shied away for the very same reason - Arrest-Me Red.

The Orange Fury was just not me.

I found my car at a dealer in Chesapeake, VA and drove down to pick it up this past Saturday.

Same red one. It sat at the dealer for 3 - 4 weeks. The orange one just sold last week.

I didn't think to look down in Chesapeake.

I was given an estimated delivery week of 8/13 with my build scheduled 7/23. Info from Ford Performance. Bullitt, no magneride.

Finally some movement! Two months after placing order I got a scheduled build week of 8/6. Ford performance said as we get closer they could give an exact day. This is a magneride car so I don’t know how that factored into the timing. Now I need to talk to the dealer to see how much time I have to make changes to the order without messing up the build date. Thinking about changing to velocity blue and the PP1’s optional 5 spoke forged wheels.
Dealer emailed VIN today 6/14.

Update:

Seems like things are changing rapidly for me. I had a scheduled to build week of 8/6. Dealer tells me factory changed my priority from retail 10 to retail 1. Now I have a scheduled build day of 6/27.

I asked the dealer why and he said probably based on availability of commodities for my specific order. Probably magnaride as he said for the 2018 model year he hit pockets in production where he could not even order magneride due to supplier constraints.

I’m not sure if I like being in the first few weeks of production feeling like they can make their initial mistakes on some other car. But the 2019 is just a continuation of 2018 so on 6/17 they stop calling them 2018’s and on 6/8 the same car is called a 2019, so they should have the processes worked out. I should consider my self lucky to get magnaride before they experience commodity shortages like they did on the 2018’s.

Yeah I've been following along over there too. I meant I couldn't remember when the COTUS switchover was last year for 2018s. I don't remember if COTUS was down for everyone last year until production started, or if it worked earlier or later.
