What's the 2800 deduct associated with? Miles? Time?

The $2800.00 is for the items I bought before the car had all the issues , I took it in with 337 miles on it . It never got repaired I had takin the back and forth for a month then waited for parts for another month the whole ordel was 98 days .I paying for a car that I hardly drove and the dealership put more miles on then I did , bottom line FORD CORP screwed me over there was a whole lot more money involved like 1 year of insurance I payed up front , personal plate fees , I have a 4 month calender with notes and names of FORD CORP personal that lie mislead and and dont give a crap So I'm done forever Basically Ford will resell this car and try to make more money on it . yesterday I removed my stripes my window tint and when i surrender this car I will give them the 5 gallon bucket with the tint and the stripes in it they screwed me out of it they can keep it ! I will never step foot in a FORD DEALER SHIP AGAIN !

Sorry about your experience but you have a dealer problem, not a Ford problem. Not making excuses for Ford, but I tried numerous dealers that take your cash and forget you exist. I found a good dealer twenty years ago and just bought a new Mustang and Flex from them. No issues and no hassle.

After having to deal with both the dealership and FORD CORP I still feel that there all on the same team , FORD CORP dictates how they will hand my case with there policys and jacked up procedure's , but the bottom line is they have lost me i will never buy another thing from them ever from a FORD dealership or other wise .
