I would.. not to have the CD player per se, but the ACM in my 2015 Mustang had HD Radio... and my 2019 does not. If I could move the ACM from the 2015 to the 2019, I'd be very happy.If you want to retrofit a 2015-2018 CD player (ACM), I have all of the parts that you should need to do it.
I wanted to add HD Radio to my 2019 (why it came with no HD Radio is beyond me) Premium EcoBoost... I found an earlier model ACM with HD Radio and Sirius. Not only did it fit, but I did not have to reprogram anything. Granted, there's no bezel for inserting a CD (which I'm not worried about), but if the dash piece from a 2015-2017 is the same dimensions, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
