Thank you for the tips on rear deck lid. Sounds like I better plan on buffing not working.
Where did you get a new panel? I haven’t looked yet to see if this available new, or if I will need to get the closest and swap the badge.
The pull sounds like a great idea. Will have to look and see what the options there are, unless you happen to have a link handy.
My wheels almost look satin from light scratches that are typical from repeated washes 😀, so that is another thing I will keep in mind when I repair them.

I like how you have your build thread in your signature; I might steal that.
My first decklid panel the shelby badge came off so it was replaced under Ford Factory Warranty.
The second time I got rear ended and had it replaced once again with Ford OEM paid for via insurance.
*All of this is documented in my build jounal if you want to read all 30 pages some night to help you fall asleep.. lol
The badge and decklid are all one piece if you want the original. You could check with your local ford part dealer, but I am sure they are pricey. There are some after market options, but they do not have the oem badging. Not sure, but it might be possible to transfer that badge, but it would take some creative adhesive engineering.

I had my wheels ceramic coated when I had the car done and that has made a huge difference with cleanup. Can knock 80% of the brake dust off with water..

Here is the trunk pull link... looks like he is out of stock, but should have more soon..

I am looking it through it. I have gotten through page 14, the hood struts. A lot of good reading.
I will check out that pull, thanks.

How does that dash temp area even Crack? Someone must've had that trim cover off and snapped it. Nice fix by you.

Gotta disagree, the brushed aluminum wheels were much easier to clean and showed less dust. Running powerstop Z26 pads help too.
Just sent the new black wheels out to get powder coated a brighter finish.
Pics to come
its a little darker blue but you get the idea here.

Thanks, it is nice to not look at that anymore.
The OASIS report said the center console came out while diagnosing a passenger seat sensor issue, so that is my guess as to how the temp piece got broke.

WOW, those look great!
What wheel model are those, and what sizes?
Is that a brushed aluminum with clear, or a chrome?

These are BC Forged , RZ05, 11 x 20 front and 13 x 20 rear, Shelby American won't sell me Brushed Aluminum, only black so I had them powder coated in polished aluminum and clear coated. Mine have wording machined into the rim. See pic.
You can get brushed aluminum from BC Forged.

I like how you had the lettering painted blue.
For being 13”, doesn’t stick out at all.
I did a search on the Shelby Store and didn’t see those rims, at least not in that size. Or did you get them somewhere else?
For some reason most of the wheels specifically say “doesn’t fit GT350”, which see odd especially if jumping to 20”.
Where did you send them to the color change? They did a great job.
Why didn’t you just re-color the stock ones?
Did you notice any handling changes going from stock size to these 20s?

Prior to that For stock set up I had the Shelby CS21 Wheels on it. Here are pics with them

That’s cool. Now that I look closer, I can see those exterior mods. It looks very good.
Which also explains the swap from the CS21s.

For some reason, the matte brushed aluminum isn’t shiny enough for me. The shinier ones you have now is the kind of look I want to go for.

Who did you send the latest wheels to, for the color change? I like their work, want to look them up.

How was the ride feel after the Signature changes? Harsher or smoother? I wonder how going from 19” to 20” would change things. Seems there are more 20” tire options than 19”, so may got that route.
