2019 ford mustang gt issue

Have an issue where mustang has a weird sputtering put put sound upon start up. You can here it between 10-15 seconds mark. Then rpms aren't steady fluctuate. And I checked my oil and i think it smells like gas in do have small oil leak. But not major any ideas? It backfired/misfire a couple of times

It is tuned. I bought use not too long ago. Steering wheel I'm gonna swap out. Something more cool

Yes. Doesn't usually do that.

Was the car in the flood? Did you check carfax before you bought it? A lot of cars from Hurrican Helene were messed up. The steering wheel shouldn't look that bad unless car has been driven 100,000 plus miles. More like water damage.

Seems like it collided with some fish. You might want to look more into this. The dirty level this car has reached is sketchy. Probably a flood car.
