2019 5.0 6speed shaking at idle

I have an appointment set at the dealer to take a look at it but wondering if anyone has experienced this if I’m siting for a few minutes like in a drive thru or something my car will shake really bad almost like it’s going to stall out or something but it’s in neutral & my vacuum, air/fuel ratio will go down only by a couple of digits then go back to normal

mass airflow sensor could be dirty , maybe reset the kam .
