This is one of those "meant to be" sort of things. I fell in love with the DHG of the Bullitt from the minute I looked into a new Mustang, but the added cost was more than I felt comfortable with. I settled for a special order GT with all the goodies of the Bullitt (401A, 6-speed, B&O, PP1, MagneRide, Active Valve Exhaust, even spoiler delete), and was looking forward to it. But after three weeks without a VIN, I started looking. Found a GT the way I wanted it - minus the spoiler delete - in my second-choice color and started working with the dealer, as it was 'in transit'. Two weeks later, he still doesn't know where it is, so I finally figure... maybe I'm supposed to get a Bullitt after all. 48 hours later...

Just picked up K4310 this Saturday!
Happy to have finally picked up a Bullitt edition. It was bad timing on the last two editions but I have had fun driving classic Mustangs and even owned a 68 Fastback in Highland Green with the 390!

Took delivery of K4864 at West Coast Ford Lincoln in Maple Ridge. I had my salesman leave it as it left the factory ...train and truck!! Leave all plastic and stickers on it!! It was truly a POS!!! But it was my POS!! Sharon, my wife, had the job of removing all stickers and plastic film! Excellent job I must say!! It was kinda like giving birth of a BULLITT right in our garage!! It washed up wonderfully, all body fit was perfect!! And the paint/color/finish was beyond my expectations!! I’ve read all the “giggly” stuff here about ..what a ride..best car ever, can’t believe it’s a Mustang..on and on!! The Rev Match, Magnaride and exhaust level choices are incredible! Lots to learn about thi one!!

Sorry.......1st this my wife and I both agreed on was... IT DESPERATELY need a Roush spoiler!! No apologies... I ordered one today!!! I already have several mods in my garage to install!! Will do a build Thread!!

Hi Ric,
Only the minor add-ons to do. The car is perfect as it is. I didn't want the Recaro's. Pay extra to not get heated/cooled seats and memory for the seats? Didn't make sense to me. The stock seats are great, same basic seats as my GT350 was. I didn't want the Recaros in the GT350. I found out today Rick Backaway from Dams has a Bullitt too, he has the Recaros.
