Buy it and make the dealer take a bath on it. Probably sat on the lot with a ridiculous ADM for two years now the dealer is stuck trying to unload a two year old car. See how much below MSRP you can get it then let us know how much the dealer lost. Payback for all of the ridiculous ADMs out there.
Why you hatin bro...lol...dang people are so mean spirited anymore, sheesh.

Somewhat similar, I bought a used 2018 GT350 in November. It had 1,500 miles on it and running the OASIS before I bought it showed it originally was purchased in April of 2020 so only 7 months into warranty. I assume same thing, sat in showroom for 2 years with crazy ADM as it was built in May 2018 (on my actual birthday - it was meant to be lol). Put 500 miles on it and now in garage till Spring.

Car still had plastic on sill plates, seats and sun visors. Original owner drove it with towels on the plastic seat covers lol.

I'd do it all over again.. for reference, I paid $53k with a sticker of almost $62k.

I have done some homework for anyone who is interested in a "new" old 2018 for anyone who is interested.

I called/emailed all the dealers that showed a new 2018 on the lot. I found a few Rs that dealer wanted $10,000 over sticker (yikes!). I was also able to find a couple non-R GT350s that can be purchased for $1000 Under dealer invoice.

The rest of them to my knowledge are sold from what I can find.

My guess is that it is this one since its the only one I could find in Michigan. Doesn't list the mileage which in my experience, when searching previous year models still on the lot, usually meant it has quite a bit.

There is a new 2018 at my local dealer too. They offered it to me at MSRP. I figured there were 2 things to consider: 1) as soon as you drive it off the lot it drops to same value as all other 2018 Shelbys, 2) starting warranty now makes it better than other 2018s. You can assess what these two things mean to you. I bought a used 2018 with low mileage.
I just bought a 2020 GT350R at MSRP so would expect a hefty discount on a 2018 GT350.

1) A car that is 2 Model years or more older... It should be about 30% off STICKER,
2) A Car that is last years model when the new cars are on the lot, 10-20% off sticker.
30% off sticker my 2016 Roush when I bought it in 2017, you could order a 2018, not on lot yet tho.
30% off sticker my Wife's 2018 Edge Sport in December of 2019.
20% off Sticker on my Late build (Built 9/2020) 2020 Explorer ST Just a few weeks ago...

Can't speak about your roush but all the others would have had factory rebates which the Shelby's do not get. There is no way you are getting 20% off a gt350. That would be a $61k car for $49k without rebates. Never gonna happen.
