So I have a 2018 mustang gt and I don’t have the PP and wanted to install the stock subwoofer in trunk and on this thread everyone has 2 wire connecters plus a blue one for the sub in the trunk. In my mustang I have two connecters and the top connector has nothing plugged into it and the bottom one does and I have no blue connector. What’s the top wire connecter for?

Not sure as my car didn't have the factory sub. Have you considered doing something like a JL stealthbox, and a dedicated amp? It will sound way better than the factory sub. More expensive, but worth it.

I just didn’t want to reroute new wires. And if the connection was already there I would just plug and play and I just don’t know what this connector is for ? Normally all the pics of people’s mustangs on this form have something plugged into it.
