Remember that the refresh got way longer gears for the MT for better fuel economy. The AT clearly got the besser gear ratios for a fast acceleration from a complete stand.

I think you may have the 2015 manual and 2018 manual ratios mixed up. 4th gear use to be 1:1 now it is 5th gear.
