Hello I have a 2018 GT Roush charged with Kooks exhaust. I had a non catted tune in the car and just put my cats back on and my evap will not get ready. I put about 800mls on the car since I loaded the catted tune. I did all the things they suggest to get it ready drive 5 minutes at 50mph l drive 60mph for 5 minutes do multiple cold starts, make sure there more then 1/4 tank of gas and a few other things. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it lol please let me know thank you

Is it only evap or are your O2/HO2 also not ready?

When you say Kooks Exhaust is that LT's or just catback?

Here's the Ford OBD Drive Cycle.

Drive cycle

The EVAP is the last to go ready and I don't believe it will set until the O2's are ready.

Good Luck ...
