I'm about to install the 2018 ported manifold with lockouts on my 2015 GT manual today, and I'm having serious anxiety because I'm a bit lost. I've read the forums, write-ups, and watched videos but every video seems to leave some parts out. I have the PMAS 120mm intake..

Where I'm lost is where each line connects to and where each hose comes from.. Like specifically on the evap part, where do I pick up each hose from and connect it from where to where? How many lines would be connecting to my PMAS (not including my sound tube)???

Since you have a manual GT, do the following for a IMRC locked setup:

Cap "Vacuum 1", and cap all vacuum connections (the small ones) on the CAI.
Remove the entire aspirator assembly (the multi-port vacuum distribution part that's wrapped in foam)
Disconnect the vacuum line from the brake booster feed (plastic tube secured to the fuel rail)
Run a 3/8" vacuum hose from the port below marked "Evap" to the brake booster feed tube
Connect the evap purge to the "Vacuum 2" port with a section of fuel hose
Reconnect your PCV hoses to the manifold (pass side) and CAI (driver's side)

Did you take apart the 4 hoses put together for the brake booster and use hoses from that for a connection from the Evap to the brake booster, and a hose for evap purge to vacuum 2?

No, you will want to use new 3/8" fuel hose to connect to the booster line, as I don't believe there's enough there. If you have enough, give it a whirl, though. Otherwise, Autozone, Adv Auto, O'Reilly all carry some. You can use some of the larger diameter hose from the aspirator assembly to connect the Evap to the manifold, though.

Is this the correct way you’re trying to say to do it? He seems to take apart the 4 tube brake booster and use a hose from that to connect the brake booster to the evap

And when you say aspirator, are you referring to the black useless parts that’ll be taken off from the back of the manifold when installing lockouts? Pardon my noobness

So basically, the aspirator gets deleted, I disconnect the brake booster hose and replace it with another hose and run that to the evap nipple.

Then, I connect a hose to the evap assembly thing (idk what it’s called), and connect the other end to Vacuum 2.

I also connect the PCV back to the manifold, and I’ll have 1 hose total going to my PMAS, which will be the PCV, correct?

My question is, I see a hose with a green locking clip connected to the evap assembly thing.. where does that come from?

You got it!

The Evap assembly is the purge valve. It captures unburnt fuel and oil in the crankcase air and sends it to the carbon canister (the little box in between the rear bumper and spare tire well under the car). The line with the green locking clip is going to the canister. I would do a very short (1.5-2.5") connection line from the Evap valve to the manifold, similar to the one picture I posted (and zoomed in here), where it's oriented vertically.

I will need to get these hoses from an auto parts store? Or do they come off from somewhere I end up using them?

And if you can please reassure me on these steps, I think I’ve got it down now, just need your reassurance on these so I know It’s right.

I can't see from the picture where the connection is, but you can probably shorten that line so that the whole thing sticks straight up like in the picture I posted above.

Yeah, he just bent the line to connect it. Same thing. So does the aspirator 4 hose assembly basically get deleted?
