2018+ heated carbon steering wheel

Hi there, I am looking for 2018+ lather-carbon wheel possibly with blue strip, stitches and heated. Do you know any shops selling them? I also wonder what's the big change between 2017 and 2018 apart from heating that old steering wheels are not compatible anymore. If there is 2018 compatible one it costs $700-1100 instead of regular ~$400

I don't know if any carbon wheels are heated, think that is pretty much reserved for leather.

Thanks, I couldn't find any information about that. It doesn't sound though like a reason to quote twice the money for it, even for non heated steering wheel.
