Before you lay out any coin, be aware that there are two different rear valances to choose from.

The Bullitt rear valance is different to the GT one. It's not as "busy":

So the 18 is a completely different bumper? Meaning the lower balance won' fit the 15-17s?

’ve yet to see or find the part numbers for the 2018 GT PP rear lower valence. I believe the rear bumper covers (body color upper portion) are the same between both models.
From Levittown: JR3Z-17F828-BA for the 18 GT lower valence..

So the 18 is a completely different bumper? Meaning the lower balance won' fit the 15-17s?
Correct.

The 2015-17 rear bumper covers, the bottom of the actual bumper cover is more of a straight edge where the lower valence or diffuser mates to the bumper cover.

On the 2018-19’s, the rear bumper cover in the same area dips down in the middle (and rear valence or diffuser follows that dip).

So with that said:
The 2015-17 lower rear valence will not fit on a 2018-19 rear bumper cover.
The 2018-19 lower rear valence will not fit on a 2015-17 rear bumper cover.

If a 2015-2017 owner wants the look of the 2018-19 rear valence, unfortunately at this time the only option is to get the complete 2018-19 rear bumper cover from a donor vehicle or new, unpainted from Ford.

One other thing to note about the 2018-19 rear bumper covers:
They all come with the holes or provisions for the rear back up sensors.

Bringing thread up from the dead. I've found these for $280 bucks from various online Ford places.

Are there any aftermarket options out yet?

Is that just for the lower black textured valance?

ive been pondering this for a while as well...

what i think the main problem is, is that the ecoboost rear valance goes way farther back towards the front of the car, and is much flatter than the GT (put 2 pics side by side). so im not sure its as simple as a swap over.

however, you may just be able to get a 19 valance from an ecoboost that has active exhaust, so that would be your best bet, since its 1. for the ecoboost, and 2, dual exhaust tips

as for aftermarket rear valances, no, have not seen a single one online yet. they are slow to make aftermarket parts for these years mustangs so far

Ther is a nice gt350 looking style rear valances that came out that fits ecoboost and GT that is very nice looking for the 2018/19

so i got this splitter installed, but i think the GT and Ecoboost bumpers are diff somehow... my 2nd screw is not 5" from the wheel well, more like 2.5. so the splitter stuck out almost 2" into the wheel area. i had to trim both sides. then the splitter was bowing quite a bit bc it acted like it was being squeezed from either end (prob was) so i cut a slot in the middle to relieve some stress. only added screws where it was totally on the front lip, bc some holes where on the edge of the lip and the belly pan. pain in my ass, dont think IKON even bothered to check on an ecoboost model, but i had bought it so long ago, i couldnt return the thing.

so its on, after some finagaling and forcing. good enough. wouldnt pay for it again or recommend to any ecoboost owners really, not as easy or clean an install as the GT apparently. but if you want cheap, it can be done.

why or how those bumpers are different i may never know. but id swear they are. go figure. ford right. haha
