2018 10speed 4-3 downshift clunk

So i have been dealing with this issue for awhile since i have owned the car 8 months. Transmission not overheating warming up normally. But sometimes intermittent but will happen every drive to work about a 8min drive my 4-3 downshift you can literally feel it in your feet almost feels like a bump a very clunky downshift. Havent got the transmission fluid checked for debris or level or wear. But i did take vehicle in they updated it to latest tcm software drove it and said everything was good. Update not covered by powertrain but still took it in under powertrain. Sometimes after a cold start i will get some transmission flare in early shift 1-3 3-4. Which is normal from what i have been told. Should i be worried about these very obvious clunky downshifts sometimes or just enjoy the car. WOT perfect shifting and perfect downshifting when braking hard its only when doing normal city coming to a stop braking.

Mine does the same in sport mode when it's cold (first 10-15 minutes of driving). I chalk it up to the transmission being cold.

@FinitePrimus yeah mines mainly does it in normal once it warms up so i have no idea but after I disconnect the battery to reset everything it seems to not do it for a little bit
