Possible trans problems (10speed auto)

Not sure if any of you guys have ever had this issue. I was sitting at a red light when my car made a thumping noise as if it was hard shifted into park or neutral Then a wrench came on the display and the car would not move I couldn't rev it past 1500 Rpm ( i thought i blew the trans),I shut the car off and restarted it wrench went away and it seems to drive fine I shifted through all 10 gears and everything seemed OK. car has 2800 miles on it and is bone stock, Not sure if it was torque converter Never had any problems with car before this

Since you saw the wrench symbol, there is a possibility the car has DTC stored in its system. Have the dealer check it out to confirm if there are lingering issues or perhaps this was just a one time thing.

I'm hoping it was a one time thing lol. I will hopefully be able to get it to the dealership soon
