2017 GT350 Spoiler Cracked, Possible defect?

I was Cleaning my car Saturday for a Car show on Sunday, I noticed the rear Spoiler had a crack on the right side.
I clean the Car every weekend so something caused this part to crack? there are no physical impact marks.

Can I claim under Warranty?

I had a broken tail light housing that was discovered soon after delivery. I had pics showing that the day I picked it up - while on the dealer rack with no plates, me and the salesman underneath looking at the undercarriage - it was broken, but ford denied warranty. Luckily, my dealer made it right and gave me a new tail light housing which is not cheap.

Only way the part could be damaged was before it was put on because there were no marks surrounding the defect. I think that it was dropped just prior to installation.

I just got word from the Dealer and they are going to replace the Spoiler under warranty.

Block plate? thats a first.

I have not used My A/C but 5 times since I bought the car, I love rolling with the windows down.
I guess I should check that ...

I wonder if Ford will be going after the Ring Manufacture for the bad rings?
