2017 GT Premium Heated Seat Backs?

Hey everyone,

Just a quick question. The 15-17 Premium models don't have heated seat backs do they? I just brought my 17 GT Premium in because the seat cushions weren't heating and they diagnosed and replaced the SCM-E (whatever that is), but then they also mentioned that the seat backs do not heat... They found two other codes (B103C and B111C) thats leading them to "TED replacement for drivers side back rest followed pin point test p that leads to pass seat back TED replacement".

On the drive home the cushions worked perfectly fine, but they told me that they were ordering in new blowers for both seats.....Am i somehow going to have the only 15-17 with heated seat backs or should i have had them from the start?

Any advise is appreciated!

Both the bottom and the back of the seat are supposed to heat and cool.

My 2017 has heated seat backs. They all do, the dealership is BSing you.

My '15 GT Premium has both the seat and back heated.

Both heated and cooled. Seats of course.

You have all got to be kidding me...my seat backs have never heated or cooled for the past year I’ve had the car! Well at least they will be now lol

As others have stated, YES they do heat but butt and the back. But I can say that they are not as good as my DD Taurus Limited (in tech sales so I drive a good bit). My Taurus will heat me up all the way to my shoulder blades. It’s amazing. I wish the ‘stang did too.

Oh well, it didn’t buy it to warm my ass, but to make it pucker LOL

Heated and cooled seats on the Premium '15-'17s. Heat functionality is excellent, but the cooling part has always been lackluster.
