2017 GT w/ 50K miles, today I went to lunch during work and car was working fine. When I came out to leave I opened the door and noticed my radio was on. Didn't think anything of it and then started the car as normal and none of my gauges work, AC won't work, and I cannot alter radio volumn, turn it off, etc. Nothing works but the car is drivable, any ideas where to start? The battery is only a year old.

Check the connections (fuses and wiring harness plugs) on the Body Control Module behind the passenger footwell kick panel.

A few months ago, my 2017 GT Convertible intermittently wouldn't start (maybe once every several weeks). It would crank, but not fire. Usually, it would fire after trying it a couple of times. I took it in for a routine service at the local Ford dealer's Quick Lane. After they got done with the service, the car wouldn't start. The dealership techs couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally, after 45 minutes, by some miracle, it started, and I told them to leave it running and I drove it home. Turns out that the fuel system wasn't priming when the brake pedal was pushed before pressing the start button. The car would start every time if I used the remote start on the key fob. After some online searching and reviewing the wiring manual for the car, decided to re-seat all the fuses and wiring harness plugs in the Body Control Module. I have no idea what the problem actually was (which fuse or which plug), but doing that fixed it, and I've had no issues since.
