I believe blend date is close to final assembly, like final trim and interior. It might be in body right now getting welded together by robots!

Placed my order for a 2018 R, Lightning blue with white stripes. Now the wait begins!!

This was a long, hard road as I was not willing to pay a big ADM. I called over 40 dealers (probably more like 50 over the past 6 months), visited at least 12 personally throughout Florida, and twice thought I had an order when I didn't. Every time I traveled out of town, a stop at a Ford dealer was part of the trip.

I'm so relieved that the search is OVER. Man it feels great!

Congrats! It was a pain for me to find a 2018 GT350 allocation for a good price. I can only imagine the pain of trying to that for an R.

Is a new 2017 GT350 with 900a and electronics pkg being offered at $3100 below sticker a great buy? Will this car retain a higher resale value much better than a 'regular' GT?

I am not really in the mkt for a GT350 but if this is a great buy I may jump on it.

Thanks

That sounds like a great buy to me, and it will retain much more resale than a regular GT. Look at a 2013 GT value vs a 2013 GT500.

yes that is great, buy best price i've heard of. Ask how dealer cost is. in fl it averages $600.
