2016 Mustang V6 rear passenger floorboard wet

I am running into a problem with my car because the back floorboard is staying wet all the time. When I dry it up it just becomes wet yet again. We thought it might be. from a leak when it rains but we sat in the car while I sprayed a hose in it and couldn’t find any sign of water getting in through the window or doors. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Rear water leaks in a fastback would be from these sources:

1) Gasket seal around rear 1/4 window to body
2) Seal around main rear window
3) Front door window to gasket seal at B-Pillar
4) High mount third brake light - bad seal to body leaks under the light housing. There is a DIY thread to fix in the DIY section.
