I bought a 2016 GT350 with 18,000 miles not running. Took it apart and found a cam seized to the cylinder head. Cylinder 6, 7 and 8 on the block had minor scarring. Sent the block to reputable machine shop to be sleeved and checked. Got the block back two months later and bought new cylinder heads, cams, pistons, rings. All stock except for MMR oil pump and head studs. The car ran great for 15 minutes then started blowing white smoke. The compression cold is 240+ all the way around. Compression hot is 240 + except for cylinder 7 with 150. Computer shows misfire on cylinder 7 and I did find traces of water in the cylinder and oil. The head was removed and new head gasket installed. , head and block was checked for visible damage and nothing. Put back together and same problem. At a loss here need to get it right.
assuming I need a new block, but they are not available?

bad rings or the rings where not clocked and are allowing compression to leak down do a leak down test see where you're losing compression from either the valves or around the piston
