I've got an early build (Sept. 2015) EcoBoost that I recently took delivery of. Per TSB 15-0192, I've got the early oil separator. Per the TSB, upgrading to the newer, high flow, unit requires a PCM re-calibration. Although I'm currently not having any issues, with only 1,500 miles on the car, I'd like to avoid future issues. Will Ford perform the TSB as a warranty item without the oil burning symptom present? I'd be happy to do the replacement myself, but I don't have a way to update the PCM.
Thanks.

Well, the local dealer won't do it as a "warranty" item since I don't have the symptoms yet. Not really surprised by that as they are under no obligation to do so. Didn't hurt to ask. I've decided I'll go ahead and buy the part and change it myself. They said they could do the PCM update for $99, so I'll probably go that route.
