2015 vs 2017 5.0 motor

Is their a difference between the 2015 and a 2017 5.0 motor. I herd someone say the 17 motors are a little stronger

No, there is not.

It is possible there are tiny changes to certain parts on the engine for robustness, but nothing of significance or to worry about.

The only difference that I know of is the 15 and 16 have an extra hose coming off the intake that is absent on the 17. What it's for is beyond me. Other than that, the motors should be essentially identical.

The engine harness plugs that go to the coils and the coils them self are changed. This change was done mid 2016.
