2015 Premium GT Brake Squeal at Low Speed

My 2015 Mustang GT Premium, 10,000 miles, (non-Brembo Brakes) has a very annoying brake squeal at low speed when the brakes are warm/hot.

If I wipe the outside of the rotors off that will solve the problem, but the squeal comes back.

I've located the TSB 150030A. The parts are expensive. Has anyone had this TSB done and has it solved the problem?

I remember that was a common issue with the 2015 when they first came out. I believe that TSB should fix it, new rotors and pads seems to be the fix. I am sure someone here will chime in with similar issue.

I have a 2015. I solved it by;
when brakes are cool use a strong blast of water from a hose to wash out all the built up brake dust. Hose the calipers and watch the black water stream out. if it’s bad enough you might need to spray some kind of wheel cleaner in the Caliper area.
i have showed this trick to all my friends that own BMW and Mercedes that complain about the squealing brakes. They clean their cars religiously. But, never thought to hose out the brake dust
