I decided to create a brake cooling duct for my car. I just joined this forum and it helped a lot in finding info for this project.
I started with a PVC Pipe fitting that was 1.9" ID and realized later this was going to be so small I was unsure it would be effective.
I changed to 2.5" ID which I felt looked much more appropriate. This size also seemed to not have as many routing/fitment issues passing the suspension components that a larger diameter might pose.
Here’s how it turned out:
