Agreed. Gas, brake, clutch, dead pedal and parking brake is too cluttered. Not only that but hand brake is fun in snow.

Got nice surprise tonight when returning from the grocery store. A yellow
Stingray convertible pulls up next to us with his window down and gives
us a big Thumbs Up! Really a good feeling when the Guard Mustang gets
this kind of welcome from a Vette. Now.. what about that Ferrari owner I
know....

To the guys that mentioned the heater is slow to warm on start-up. My F150 coyote is exactly the same. The little woman mentioned her heater was slower to warm than her last car(Accord), I just explained to her the Coyote is just loafing along, and wasn't producing any temp because it wasn't working very hard.

Disappointment so far:
- Leather top dash cover only comes with premier trim (seriously Ford? You can't explicitly call that out on the site?!)
- Spoiler delete that was meant to be included, wasn't.
- Probably should've gone with PP after all, good value for money.

Taking delivery in two weeks. Wondering if I should reject it and re-order (I've got that option, considering the sales rep didn't include the spoiler delete like I'd asked him to).

I was going to say, if you had Magnetic, there was a good chance he'd have a dealer inv. car he could have swapped trunk lids with. But not likely with the much rare Guard. :(

Unless he could order you a trunk lid... Doubt he'd want to eat that.

Premier Trim has got to be the least explained and understood feature. Despite multiple threads on it, I don't know that I have seen an accurate concise list of differences. Just partial and vague lists and lots of people commenting just get it.

I have a GT Premium with Premier trim, there isn't any leather on my dash. The top dash is some kind of soft touch rubberized plastic stuff, but definitely not leather.

my only complaints so far are when sitting in the car parked,at night and you are watching a video,then shut off engine the dome lights come on,killing the moment.The only alternitive is either install a switch to bypass lights or hit the start/stop twice and dome lts will cycle quicker to off then waiting for the normal timeout ,the other quirk is if sitting in the car chilling,yes i do a lot of this just admiring the interior with a beer or two, the freaking parking lights stay on when in acc mode and cannot be turned off unless you kill the a/v playing which sucks,other then that I love my car

Oh one more quirk that stupid flashing green light in the s/s button,Its way to bright at night when you are chilling so I put a tiny piece of blue electrical tape over it which makes it much more suttle,and less annoying,thank you brothers,enjoy
