Just an update on the number at the end of the order page,it changes for each progression.
Here is today's shot,the number was down to 3 this morning.

Called dealer today after hearing different people on here saying their build date had recently changed for some reason. Two weeks ago mine was scheduled for Aug.18. It now shows Sept. 19?

I was told today by my dealer that production has been delayed. He didn't say why or for how long.

How are you getting build dates?

Mine is a retail order and I didn't get a build date yet.

After I had called the dealer to add 975 to my order, I went back to cotus and the vin was gone, as was the order. Thankfully, it was temporary as it's back online now and it shows the change.

I was getting a little worried it was going to cause me a delay by making a change just over a month from production. But whew... crisis averted.

Any news on the Job1 date and any further production issue or delays? Seems fairly obvious that the trigger was not pulled on the August 11 date since we are not seeing reports of cars moving to the "in production" category. There was one report yesterday of a scheduled build date being moved back by 42 days.

Hmm well according to guy on Blue Oval:

According to the most recent FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) released on 08/08/2014, Job #1 is still listed as 08/11/2014 for the 2015 Mustang. Further on in the FDNB it also shows the week of August 11th as being a "down" week for the plant. I'll wait to see what the next FDNB shows.

I'm not sure where everyone is geting the 9/22 but that is a pretty big discrepency of more than a month if that is true.

Well i went to the training session at bob bell ford yesterday and they told me they where expecting to have the stang by the end of sept, now he did not say it would be car that I ordered but expected to have some by sept.

Alright here is another update this one is targeted at the LE customers I looked for a specific LE forum for this but this is the best place for this info. Mods move if you see fit. The first LE serial number one is to be built on September 8th 2014.

I got 9/27 from my dealer last night... they recently went through training as well... so hopefully that starts up.... that was only job 1. Nothing off the second round yet
