Both http://www.cotusb.ford.com and http://www.cotus.ford.com appear to give identical results to date. The "cotusb" site is reported to be a "beta" version so I would use the other one.

Glad I Checked!

I'm not new to the ordering process and although I know the wait is painful, it will be worth it in the end!

That being said, I have been constantly checking Cotus waiting for my order to appear. I know that many have said theirs hasn't shown up yet and it takes some time, so I went back and checked multiple orders on 6G that were placed before and after mine and found many that were showing up. So I patiently waited, but today it got the best of me and I called my dealer. After a short conversation with one of the managers, it was apparent that my order had not been placed! He advised that he did work one up, but he wasn't advised to submit it.... He said it would be worked out tomorrow.

So just a word of caution and not to set off alarms, if your order is not showing contact FordService and have Tricia check it! She was the one that told me to contact my dealer and I'm glad I did!!!!!!

Mine showed up the following day I think. It's almost immediate when your dealer places the order. Like if he placed it today it would be showing by Wednesday the latest.

I have no idea.... I'm just saying if it doesn't show and you have no other info, I highly recommend checking with FordService to verify they have it in the system.

Just go to your messages and PM "FordService" give them your dealer number and your order number.

Heck I don't have any (working) choices. I have my VIN, order #, and Dealer # for the LE I ordered, but i can't track it online at all. Every bit of information I get on it I have to call in... I've used both those and neither works...:frusty:
