Indeed! I ordered mine on 2/3, got my VIN on 2/19, and still don't have a build date as of today (although I've been told that it will probably be the third week of March). I was also told that my priority is 10 (which is, I think, the highest priority for a standard order from a dealer that has allocations).

So, how does he have a printed VIN and a specific build date already? I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that he works at Ford. :doh:

No special treatment (working at Ford), just snooped around internal applications to find where I stand in line...

From Rachel:
Orders are scheduled based on the following criteria:

-the priority code rating
-the dealer's allocation for each production week
-the ordered option content (assembly plant discretion)
-the receipt date

The receipt date is a factor when breaking ties for orders with the same priority code. Therefore, the date is the last factor.



So while you may of had a better priority code and date they could need parts for your order that aren't available, or your dealer may not have allocation.

I'm priority 10 and I'm now at 5 weeks with not even a VIN.

Just checked COTUS and my estimated delivery date is 4/5/2015. Still no build week, build date, window sticker, etc.

I hope I'm right behind you. I ordered 2/9/15 and received my VIN on 2/26/15. Still no build date or EDD. Would love to know something. Feels like its been a while. Keep me posted when you get a build date please.
