2015 Mustang Orders Placed Thread (Vote/Share Here)

My order was placed on October 2nd and I received a VIN on 10/30. My dealer said i have a build date of 12/15. My question is will I see this car before mid January? I was told that the plant goes on a 2 week holiday shutdown after 12/19.

I am going to order mine tomorrow and was told the same thing about the factory being shut down for weeks at the end of Dec, which is good for me being that I do not want the car until after the end of February anyways because of the snow, and asked for build date of after the new years, so I will see how quick things get moving. and it is possible I wont have the car until the end of February excited though.

Also guys I was on the web surfing for and found out the 2015 mustang is being nominated best car to buy by car connections hope it wins you can go and vote for it on here if you like...

Congrats! I just ordered mine today as well: GT Premium in Ruby Red with the Performance Package. Have you seen any driving around? I have yet to see one on the roads around the LA area. Just a few standing still on the dealer lots. Still seems like a pretty unknown car to most people.

I have not seen any around! Most dealers I've visited have a couple on hand, with the rest of the vehicle allocation in transit. Based on order and delivery dates of forum members, I expect our orders to arrive around January.
