I have X-plan pricing, but noticed they have d-plan and a/d-plan pricing also. My vehicle order confirmation page did not contain the breakdown of x-plan, d-plan, or a/d-plan pricing. It only said I have a price level of 520 and the total RETAIL and DLR INV price. How can I get d-plan or a/d-plan pricing?

A-plan pricing is for Ford employees and can be shared with "immediate family" members, including grandparents, step-parents, children, grandchildren, etc.

D-plan is for dealership employees. I believe the same rules apply there.

Ordered mine today. First time I've ever order a car.

  • GT premium
  • 6 speed manual
  • Magnetic Metallic
  • Premium interior w/redline Interior
  • 3.55 ltd slip
Came to $38 below invoice or $172 less than X plan.

I'm hoping I get it well before winter arrives here in Minnesota so I can enjoy it before the snow flies.

Hello, Mustang gang!

Glad to see that everyone is excited about placing their orders and getting their hands on a brand new 2015 ‘Stang soon!
Be sure to reach out to me once your orders are made. I’ll be glad to track and provide status updates. I’ll be with you every step of the way until your pride and joy is sitting pretty in your possession.

Also, feel free to ask me any questions and I’ll be glad to do some research and see what I can find out (keep in mind I might not be able to answer everything just yet).

Have a great day! :D

Tricia I need assistance and/or clarification. About 3 weeks ago I placed and an order with Long-Lewis Ford in Birmingham for a Kona Blue LE manual. I have spoken to them several times and about 2 weeks ago they said they had put my order in. I've periodically checked for my order in the links in this thread and have found no orders numbers for my mustang. I've even used various browsers as members on here have suggested and still found no orders. Yesterday I called the dealer for confirmation of my order. I was told they had not heard anything back yet but would check and call me back. They called me back today and I was told that my order was put in but they weren't pulling retail orders yet (or something like that) because they wanted to make sure the LEs were quality cars and so production will pull the LE orders later. This doesn't make sense to me because all the articles I've been reading that are tracking the 2015 mustangs say that the LEs will be "among the first off the line". I don't think I'm getting solid answers here that I deserve.

I've also (as previously stated) put down $5k non-refundable for this vehicle that the dealer is selling me for $57k. I feel like the dealership is holding out for a better offer from another costumer and holding my money hostage in case no one else buys higher then will refund my $5k with some crappy excuse.

It's also likely too late (especially in AL) to find another dealership that has a LE that isnt spoken for. I want the car i have reserved and I need answers. Can you please look into this for me if you can. Thank you.

From MY Dealer.

Hi ______,

I just checked the status of the order and it states that the build is unscheduled due to material holds. I would find it strange if all of the orders for the 2015 LE would not be the same (material hold)

I reached out to my Ford Rep for more information and I will let you know when I have more detailed info.

Is this just an LE issue? I ask because my GT premium that I ordered on May 21st not only has been assigned a VIN, but the dealer GSM left me a message today that my order has been picked up in the order bank for production and has been scheduled for build at the end of August. He will keep me posted on the progress.

From what I know, I think it is only an LE issue.

Too bad they can't use the extra time to include ACC and implement Carplay

Update on my 2015 LE - from Dealer

My dealer is very good about updating me every 10 days.

I just got this notification from him:

"I just got word that your mustang will be the first one to be pick up of the 3 that we have on order. I don't have any other information at the moment."

I have no idea what my follow up question should be !!??

Thoughts !?
